FAQs for Google Analytics (UA)
Does Coefficient support Google Analytics 4? Will there be any conflicts if we start using GA4 for our website data?
Yes! Google Analytics 4 is now supported by Coefficient. You must create a new connection to import data from your GA4 account because our team created a new connector specifically for it.
I am having trouble importing from Google Analytics (UA). What steps can I take to resolve this?
There are a few things you can try:
- Make sure that you are using your own Google Analytics (UA) account and not a shared/team account.
- Disable any ad blockers installed on your browser. This can interfere with any requests that Coefficient makes to Google Analytics (UA)during the import process.
- Confirm your permissions with Google Analytics (UA) with your Admin (Editor permissions are recommended).
