FAQs for Google Sheets
If my original sheet has formulas on some columns, will it be copied over?
Coefficient will import the values and not the formulas from your source sheet. As a workaround, you can use the IMPORTRANGE() function.
I am having trouble importing from Google Drive. What steps can I take to resolve this?
There are a few things you can try:
- Confirm that you have “Editor” permissions for the sheet (Important with Shared Sheets). If you do not have “Editor” access, request this from the owner of the Sheet. Then try importing again.
- Confirm that the Sheet you are trying to import does not have any custom restrictions/protected ranges/Sheets. (Protected Ranges will block scheduled import refreshes)
- Verify if the owner of the sheet has an active Google account. (Google Rules and Permissions apply)
