Can I connect multiple NetSuite accounts using the extension?

At this time, Coefficient's NetSuite Agent extension supports one connection per user.

Can I share my NetSuite Agent connection with other users?

NetSuite Agent connections cannot be shared with other users. Each user will need to set up their own connection.

What types of NetSuite data can I import into my spreadsheet using the NetSuite Agent?

Currently, you can import data from NetSuite Report, Saved Search, or Dataset URLs. If you would like to import other data types, please contact support@coefficient.io so we can log it as a feature request.

Do I need to be logged into the NetSuite UI when I refresh my import?

Yes, to successfully refresh your import, you must be logged into your NetSuite account in another tab within your Chrome or Edge browser. If you experience any issues during the refresh, please contact support@coefficient.io for further assistance.

Can a member of my team refresh an import I created using NetSuite Agent?

Only the user who created the connection may refresh an import using the NetSuite Agent. Each user must set up their own connection to manage and refresh their imports.

Changes to filters must be done directly in the NetSuite report/Saved Search within the NetSuite UI. Coefficient does not support filter updates within the sidebar for imports created using the NetSuite Agent.

How can I change the view of a NetSuite Report for import?

To use a different view, save it as a separate report in NetSuite and set it as the default. Then, use the URL of that report when creating your import through the NetSuite Agent connection.

What types of reports are supported with NetSuite Agent?

Coefficient's NetSuite Agent supports both standard and custom reports.

I created an import using the NetSuite Agent integration, but I didn’t see any filter options. How can I fix this?

If filter options are not appearing during your import setup, it’s likely that your NetSuite Agent extension is not on the required version.

To resolve this, please confirm that your NetSuite Agent extension is updated to version 1.2.10 or later.

To check and update the extension in Google Chrome:

  • Open Chrome and navigate to chrome://extensions/
  • Enable Developer mode (top right)
  • Click Update to ensure all extensions are up to date

If the filter options still don’t appear after updating, we recommend reinstalling the NetSuite Agent extension using this link.

If you continue to experience issues after reinstalling, please reach out to support@coefficient.io
and our team will be happy to help.
