Connecting to SharePoint Lists

1. Open the Coefficient Sidebar and click the Menu. |
2. Select âConnected Sourcesâ. |
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Add Connection. On the next screen, select "SharePoint Lists". |

4. Select the button to Authorize.

5. Youâll be redirected to a new tab where youâll be signed in to your Microsoft account automatically. Once the sign-in is complete, youâll be redirected back to your spreadsheet. For Excel connections, you can return to the Excel platform manually after authentication. |
Importing SharePoint Lists

1. Open the Coefficient Sidebar and click on the âImport fromâŚâ button. |
2. Locate and select the "SharePoint Lists" connection. |
3. Select "Start From Scratch." |
4. The Import Preview window will open, showing a list of all SharePoint sites accessible to your account. Select one you'd like to import from. (e.g., All company).5. Choose the list you'd like to import. (e.g., Issue tracker 12221).
6. From the next screen, select the desired fields for the import. Filters, Sorts, and Limits can also be added to modify the import based on the data you are pulling. Click import once you are satisfied with the details.

This error typically occurs if you donât have the required permissions to access the selected SharePoint site or list. To resolve this issue, try the following steps:
- Verify your permissions in SharePoint
- Ask your SharePoint administrator to grant you access to the site or list
- Reconnect your Microsoft account and try again
No. The SharePoint Lists integration only accesses List data. Coefficient does not have access to document libraries or files stored in SharePoint.
Can I connect multiple SharePoint accounts?
Yes. You can connect multiple Microsoft accounts if you have access to different SharePoint tenants. Each connection will display only the sites and lists that are accessible to the associated account.
