Connecting to Confluence
When you begin a Confluence import for the first time, you will need to go through a few steps to connect to Confluence as a data source for Coefficient.

1. Open the Coefficient Sidebar and click the Menu. |
2. Select “Connected Sources”. |
3. Select “Add Connection” at the bottom and then “Connect” to Confluence. |

4. Select "Authorize" to start the connection prompts to Confluence. |
5. Click "Accept" to allow the connection to Confluence. |
6. When successful, you can proceed with creating an import by clicking the "Import data..." button at the bottom. |
Import from Confluence

1. Open the Coefficient Sidebar and click on the “Import from…” button. |
2. Select “Confluence” from the list. |

3. Enter a clear and specific prompt describing your request for the data you need from Confluence. |
4. Fields relating to your request will appear in the sidebar for you to select/unselect to include in your import. Click on "Add fields" to show all available fields. Click "Import" to proceed. |
5. Please allow a moment for the agent to generate your import. (The results will appear shortly.) Congratulations on creating your first Confluence import through the agent chat! 🎉

How can I update or add filters to refine the data in my Confluence import?

To edit your import, open it from the sidebar and click “Edit this import” under the summary section (see screenshot). From there, enter a new prompt in the agent chat describing the updates you’d like to make (such as adding filters or adjusting sorting). |
Can I schedule my import for auto-refresh after it has been created by the agent?
Yes, once your import has been created by the agent, you can schedule it to auto-refresh from the “Refresh Schedule” section in the sidebar.
How can I provide feedback about my experience with the agent chat?

After your import is created, a prompt will appear in the sidebar allowing you to share your experience with the agent by selecting like or dislike. Your feedback helps us continue to improve the experience. 🙏🏼 |
