Import from Financial Reports
Now that you have completed the Financial Report configuration in Sage, you can begin creating imports with Coefficient, pulling in your data from these Financial Reports.

11. Click "Refresh Reports", select the desired report from the list, and then click "Import". |

ℹ️ IMPORTANT: The refresh schedule will not appear in the Coefficient sidebar. You will need to enable refresh schedules in BOTH Sage Intacct and Coefficient for reports to update correctly.
- Configuring a refresh schedule in Sage Intacct ensures the report is written to the Amazon S3 bucket each day.
- Configuring a refresh schedule in Coefficient enables it to read the updated report from the S3 bucket on a recurring basis.
If the schedule is enabled only in Sage, the report will continue to update in S3, but Coefficient will not read the new data.
If the schedule is enabled only in Coefficient, Coefficient will continue to read the report, but it will be a stale version that does not update.
For the report to refresh as expected, both schedules must be enabled.

FAQs for Sage Intacct
I created a scheduled report in Sage Intacct, but I don’t see it in Coefficient. What should I do?
Sage Intacct publishes scheduled reports to cloud storage (Amazon S3) once per day, typically around midnight. If you need to import a report right away, we recommend creating a one-time report instead, as outlined above. In that case, the report should appear in Coefficient within a few minutes after it’s set up in Sage.
I'm getting an "End Date is not valid" error when importing a custom report from Sage Intacct. How can I fix this?
|
In your connection settings (Coefficient Sidebar, Menu, Connected Sources, Sage), navigate to Advanced Settings and locate the Date Format dropdown. You can select the format that matches the date configuration used in your Sage Intacct account. Ensuring these formats match is essential for accurate data syncing and to prevent errors during import or export.
ℹ️ NOTE: To view your current date format in Sage Intacct:
Make sure this format matches the one selected in your connection’s Advanced Settings for seamless data integration. |
